What happened to the cool days of Summer? The Monsoon came and went, and came back bringing really hot and humid days back to Pune. I have to admit that for once I am looking forward to colder days. I am not sure it will be cold enough to break the coats and boots but you never know.

Anyway, for a day of running errands under the rain, I just opt for a button down and my loyal cargo pants. I love button downs, always have, always will. As a teen I use to steal my father's shirt, then I moved on to my boyfriends. I love them super baggy. But a feminine one never looses its class. In India, I discover that they are very affordable and come in every color and print. That is why I am stacking them up. I must have 5 by now. I should really stop but they are just so easy to style, hence easy to grab when you have to be out of the door in five minutes. However, I think I will have to put an end to all this; I just need to get one in wine red, one in plaid, one in tribal print, one in emerald green and one in polka dots and then I will be done for real...I am kidding...( or not)

Have you watch Japanese TV recently? Everywhere channel to zap to, there is some Korean boys or girls band singing or some Korean drama being aired. Some channels even have so much program around Korean stars that one may wonder if they are watching Korean TV? Japan is going through what they call the "second wave of Korean Boom". Best place to shop in Japan (Tokyo/ Yokohama)

 When I moved back to Japan, I created this blog to talk about my fashion life here. However, I realised that I am not really doing any of it. I talk more about me and less about fashion life in Japan. That is why I decided the following posts will deal only about shopping in Japan. Barbie Pink Shoes Since I have been back in Japan, I have been so busy that I didn't have time to window shop (plus I am temporarily living in a not so hip part of town). However my daily trips to the supermarket and family restaurants made me notice something interesting/ strange I would like to call Barbie shoes. I think every girl my age or younger living in rich or somehow developing countries knows what a Barbie doll is.I used to dream of owning one after I saw my cousins who came back from the US having a box full of them plus accessories/ I finally owned several of them including one of my favorite: a black Barbie.
