Dak’Art 2022 part 2

Image
Hello there!  I finally went to the former Court house to see another biennale exhibition. I dragged the boys along the way. For Dak'Art 2022, the courthouse has been transformed into a huge art gallery, colorful and green. It was a very quiet and charming place. While it was primarily a literary event at its creation, it is now devoted to promote African contemporary art. Nowadays, several international artists are chosen to officially display their art around towns in museums, art galleries and cultural centers in what we call "IN". Other artists can also showcase in side-events called "OFF" all over the city. For every edition of the Biennale, a theme is chosen. This year's theme is &quo
