Hello y'all! How are you doing? In February, I went to Abidjan for a week on a solo trip. I knew Abidjan was going to be hot and humid so I packed almost all linen and coton based clothes. I went super casual and chose comfort. Here is what I packed:  Tops: yellow Linen shirt, cream linen shirt, white shirt, navy tank top, pink bodysuit, white camisole  Bottoms: navy linen pants, crochet mini skirt, black denim pants Dresses: maxi tiered dress, printed boubou, tie dye kaftan Outerwear: pink denim jacket, printed kimono  Underwear:  panties, bras, biker short, slip dress, tank tops, nightie, pajama pants.  Scarf: black silk, red wine, orange printed, fish printed blue cotton, green printed, beige. It was my first trip outside of my country in 7 years. And no, going to the Gambia, which is my second home does not really count.  At the beginning of July, I joined my best friend in Dubai. She had scheduled a trip with her sister and daughter there and asked me to join them. It was our first girls trip since 2003, almost 20 years ago.  For the trip, I wanted to pack light and comfortable clothes since it would be hot in Dubai. Hello readers!    We planned a family trip down to Kerela during Easter break. This is the second time we are planning the trip as the first time we had to cancel due to an emergency at my Hubby's work. I was really hoping that we could make it down there soon (preferably before we leave India for good) because Kerela has been on my travel bucket list since my college years. As we did not have much time, we decided to stay there for four nights and five days, hoping it will be enough to do a little sight seeing but also relax and recuperate. If you follow me on Instagram ,  you know that I have been in Krabi in the last couple of days. We took advantage of the kids Easter holidays to go to Thailand in the Krabi province. And it is absolutely lovely. But more on that in the upcoming posts. For today's post will deal solely with what I packed. This time around I decided not to purchase anything new except for a few things that I had to have like mirrored sunglasses, a striped tee and a knit Grey skirt. I scored the sunglasses but was stingy to purchase a Zara striped tee (why are those things so pricey?!?!). The maxi skirt was discounted, in my size but not in the right Grey but I passed it on for new shoes, thinking that it will be there the following week. Big mistake: when I returned to the store, it was gone. Just before school started again,  we went down to Goa for a few days.  I did not think we would have fun because of the rain but we did.  That is why I am sharing 5 things I enjoyed doing in there while it rained: 1-Drive You would think that after 10 hours on the road,  I would be fed up with driving (or being driven). But a two hour drive to Palolem beach just reminded me how much I love just driving.  Plus the scenery was beautiful: luscious greens,  colorful houses,  even the tumultuous river was a sight not to miss.  Plus listening to the radio made it so fun. It is that time of the year where the kids are out of school and we plan to travel.  This time we chose to stay put in India.  We are going to visit the Golden triangle (Delhi-Agra-Jaipur) for ten days. I am very excited because it is one side of this country I long to see.  So for 10 days,  here is what I packed: Sequin tunic, denim tunic,  coral shirt, Abbaya, colorful scarf, leopard pants, sequin black scarf,  animal printed maxi dress, black pants, printed maxi skirt,  white floral tee, cream scarf and brown scarf  I also packed some accessories : three pair of shoes,  some jewelry and my latest tan bag.  I decided to stick to the same palette of brown, tan, gold, black  and  white with a splash of color.  I also packed some jelly shoes in case it rains.  I heard that Delhi is scorching hot so I am not sure if I will use the jellies.  But we never know.  For t...
